Terms & Conditions
All reservations made are made with the understanding of the terms and conditions described bellow.
1. Payment
Payment is always in advance of check-in date. Booking won't be confirmed without payment.
To reserve one of our properties, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required, which can be made by bank transfer, Pix, credit card, or debit card. The remaining amount will be charged the day before check-in before entering the property.
If, for any reason beyond our control, the rented property becomes unavailable, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
2. Rules
Is allowed not smoke inside apartment. Fee is $1.000,00 to each time detected smoking inside property.
In case of damaging towels, sheets or aparment items, a fee may be charged. Please, be careful.
Our building has strict rules related to garbage. Never put garbage on common areas or halls. Garbage must be disposal on ground floor near Pet Place on properly Garbage Area.

4. Reservations
To validate the reservation, the guest must send a photo of their passport and expected check-in time.
5. Check-in
Check-in time: from 4 pm
If the guest arrives before our check-in time, they can leave their luggage at the building's reception. If the apartment is available and the guest wishes to check in earlier, a fee of 50% of the daily rate will be charged.
6. Check-out
Check-out time: until 11 am
If the apartment is available and the client wishes to leave by 3 pm, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rate. This amount must be paid upon arrival. For check-outs after 3 pm, we charge the equivalent of the next day's rent.
If the client does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of R$1,000.00 will be charged.
7. Cancellation and changes to the reservation
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the agreed-upon date. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from Yuè Stays.
Yuè Stays reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if any of the following occur: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined in the reservation, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay the full amount of rent, or if the guest smokes inside the apartment.
If the reserved property has an internet connection, Yuè Stays assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from them. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with internet connectivity, there will be no refund of the rental payment.
8. Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the rented property as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
9. Visitors
Visitors are not allowed.
10. Jurisdiction
The contracting parties elect the Court of the District of São Paulo, SP.
